Hitashie Builders and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is led jointly by Mr. Ashwini Hitaishie and Mr. Durgesh Nandini — between them covering everything from land approvals and construction quality to buyer relationships, so nothing on a project moves forward without someone at the top having personally checked it.

Ashwini founded Hitashie Builders and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd on a simple idea: run every project the way you'd want it run for your own family — clear titles, honest timelines and infrastructure built before a single plot is sold. He leads the company's overall vision, land acquisition and RERA-aligned approvals.

His hands-on involvement has carried the company from a single development in Nandpur to gated townships across Lucknow, with every layout and title personally reviewed before it reaches a buyer.

Durgesh Nandini oversees construction quality and day-to-day site execution, running regular site visits and material checks so the specification sheet shown to buyers matches exactly what gets built. He is also the company's direct point of contact for buyers.

His focus on transparent communication means buyers who want to speak to leadership — not just a sales desk — about their booking always have a direct line in.
